Pure silver plated elastic knitted fabric is made with 100% silver plated on the base fabric of 95% polyamide / nylon and 5% spandex (consisting of 20% silver, 70% polyamide and 10% spandex). So it has good conductive / shielding performance as well as actual textile characteristics. This fabric is usually used for protection against both high frequency and low frequency electromagnetic radiations. It's highly elastic, and so perfect for making close-fitting clothes (underwear).

Our silver plated fabrics do not contain any nano-silver but a solid metallic silver coating.

The silver coating will be oxidized after exposed to the air for a long time, resulting in discoloration. And, however, it has no effect on the conductive / shielding performance.
