Nonwoven Needle Punched Felt for Glass Production

1) The 100% stainless steel fiber needle punched felt combines heat resistance up to 850℃ and mechanical durability. They are commonly used in the glass industry as molds, stacking rods, removal systems, and tool coverings in high-temperature environments, as well as bent and droop formed covering materials.

2) The needle punched felt of 70% stainless steel fiber mixed with 30% Para Aramid combines the heat resistance of stainless steel with the softness of aramid, with a maximum heat resistance of 500℃. Mainly used as a mother ring covering material for external bending and tooling covering in the insulating glass industry.

3) The needle punched felt of 100% PBO. The maximum heat resistance is 450 ℃. Used as a mother ring covering material for external bending and mold covering in the insulating glass industry.
